The 2018 Reflexology Conference is fast approaching and we invite you to become a part of it!

The Reflexology Association of Australia Ltd (RAoA) is a non-profit organisation which aims to promote the benefits of reflexology to the general public and helps reflexologists to continue developing their skills through professional development.

The South Australian Branch is currently organising the next RAoA National Conference with the theme of “Synergy in Reflexology”. The conference will take place from Friday 19th October – Sunday 21st October 2018, at Stamford Plaza Adelaide, SA. The purpose of our conference is to bring together natural therapists and students from a broad range of modalities and introduce them to new and exciting ideas to incorporate into their own work practices. We expect to have up to 115 delegates attending from all over Australia and overseas. We have highly regarded International speakers offering seminars and workshops for our guests. Other speakers include many local interstate and overseas professionals speaking on a range of interesting topics to enhance reflexology and natural therapies.

We are offering you an opportunity to promote your products and services to natural therapists and associated health professionals from around Australia.

Trade Table Opportunities

Trade tables are available from $470 for the duration of the conference, Friday – Sunday. This includes a table display and chair in an area adjacent to the session rooms, an opportunity to add an advertising item in the delegates’ bags, catering for one exhibition staff member for 2 days and the welcome function, plus a two minute presentation advertising your products on our rolling video during meal & break times.

TRADE PACKAGES (NON-DELEGATES) AMOUNT INCLUSIONS
Trade Table (Full Table) Catering 2 Days $470 Trestle table and chair for the duration of the conference.  One satchel insert, one 2 minute video presentation and one ticket to the Friday Welcome function.  This package includes the registration of a staff member* to man the table, but not attend sessions.
Trade Table (Half Table) Catering 2 Days $420 Half a trestle table and chair (sharing with another trade exhibitor) for the duration of the conference.  One satchel insert, one 2 minute video presentation and one ticket to the Friday Welcome function.  This package includes the registration of a staff member* to man the table, but not attend sessions.
Trade Table (Full Table) Catering 1 Day (Saturday or Sunday) $395 Trestle table and chair for the duration of the conference.  One satchel insert, one 2 minute video presentation and one ticket to the Friday Welcome function.  This package includes the registration of a staff member* to man the table, but not attend sessions.
Trade Table (Half Table) Catering 1 Day (Saturday or Sunday) $345 Half a trestle table and chair (sharing with another trade exhibitor) for the duration of the conference.  One satchel insert, one 2 minute video presentation and one ticket to the Friday Welcome function.  This package includes the registration of a staff member* to man the table, but not attend sessions.
*Additional staff members can attend to man the table for $55 per day.  This includes catering but not access to sessions.

Trade Table (Full Table) $200 Trestle table and chair for the duration of the conference including the Welcome Reception on Friday evening.
Trade Table (Half Table) (Saturday or Sunday) $150 Half a trestle table and chair (sharing with another trade exhibitor)  for the duration of the conference including the Welcome Reception on Friday evening.
